Elementary School Dance

Elementary School Dance

(Ages 5–12)

Our elementary dance program introduces young dancers to ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, contemporary, and musical theatre through fun, age‑appropriate lessons. Each 60‑minute class starts with a warm‑up and stretching, followed by beginner‑friendly technique drills that teach posture, arm and foot positions, simple turns, jumps, and rhythm basics.

Dancers learn through games, stations, and across‑the‑floor practice to build coordination, musicality, confidence, and creativity. Every class includes a short combo that develops memory, focus, and stage presence, ending with a mini‑performance to celebrate growth. Wear comfortable clothes, hair secured, and clean sneakers; ballet or tap shoes are welcome but not required.

Middle School Dance

(All Ages Welcome)

Our middle school program helps dancers grow stronger, more coordinated, and more confident in their skills. Classes start with warm-ups and stretching, followed by simple strength exercises and clear instructions on turns, jumps, footwork, and timing. Students learn a variety of styles, including hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary, so they become well-rounded dancers.

Each week includes a fun routine that builds musical timing, memory, and stage presence. Beginners are supported step by step, and returning dancers get new challenges to keep improving.

Students should wear comfortable dance or athletic clothes and clean sneakers, and bring water. Every session ends with a small showcase so dancers can perform, build confidence, and feel proud of how much they have grown.

High School Dance

(All Ages Welcome)

Our high school dance program helps students build strength, clean technique, confidence, and stage presence. Classes begin with a warm-up and light conditioning to support safe movement and power. Students train footwork, jumps, turns, isolations, and smooth transitions through hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and ballet-based exercises.

We support brand-new dancers and experienced dancers alike by offering clear guidance and leveling challenges that match each student’s ability. Classes build performance skills, memory, musical timing, teamwork, and confidence in public settings like school stages or auditions.

Students should wear fitted activewear, hair pulled back, and clean sneakers, with jazz or ballet shoes welcome. Every session finishes with a performance opportunity so dancers can show their growth and feel proud of what they accomplished.
