Welcome to Rock The Stages Performing Arts School (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in lessons, participating in programs, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Enrollment & Lessons

  • Students must complete registration before attending lessons or programs.

  • Tuition must be paid in full or set up on a recurring payment plan.

  • Scheduling is subject to teacher and studio availability.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Tuition is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are due on or before the scheduled date. Late payments may result in suspension of lessons until the account is current.

  • Registration fees and tuition are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Cancellations & Make-Ups

  • Students are allowed a limited number of make-up credits per term when cancellations are made with sufficient notice.

  • Teacher cancellations will always result in a make-up lesson credit.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the lesson.

4. Student & Family Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all students and families.

  • Rock The Stages reserves the right to dismiss students for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

5. Performances & Events

  • Students may be invited to participate in recitals, showcases, or band events.

  • Participation is optional but encouraged.

  • Photos and videos from events may be used for school marketing unless families opt out in writing.

6. Communication & Messaging

  • By providing your phone number and email, you agree to receive lesson reminders, schedule updates, and occasional marketing messages related to our programs.

  • Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Participation in music, dance, and theater lessons involves some risk of injury.

  • By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Rock The Stages is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damages except where required by law.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

  • Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
